[8]-Create a cylinder in the top view port with the following size
(Radius: 212) (Height: 42)

[9]-Select the cylinder and convert into the Editable Poly
Select the polygon mode with Ignore back facing
Make a selection like this in the top view port

[10]-Open the Soft selection window and use the following setting
Now drag the polygon like this in the front view port

[11]-Now apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier with the (Iteration: 1)
Your object should like this in the front view

[12]-Create a Circle with the following Radius: 63.0
Open the Rendering palette selects the Enable in Renderer and Enable in Viewport

[13]-Convert into the Editable spline and select the vertex mode
Select the Vertex and click on the Break button
Now break the circle like this in the font view

[14]-Set the circle like this in the front view

[15]-Open the material window and click on the diffuse map button
Select the bitmap option and pick the rusty Jpg

[16]-Make a another material and assign to the handle

[17]-Now render the scene and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
