Click on the break button now break the spline like this

[4]-Now click on the line button and make a shape like this in the front view
Apply the Extrude Modifier with the Amount: 4.0

[5]-Now create a Cylinder in the front with following setting

[6]-Now convert into the Editable Poly
Select the vertex and drag the vertexes like this in the front view

[7]-Now your object should like this

[8]-Now apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier with iteration: 3
Now your object should like this in the front view

[9]-Select the circle and press (ctrl +v) and you will see the clone option palette
Is open now set the circle like this in the top view port

[10]-Now click on the line button and open the rendering palette
Select the Enable in Rendering and Enable in Viewport
Set the thickness Amount: 7.0
Create a line like this in the front view port

[11]-Again open the rendering palette and select the Enable in Rendering and Enable in Viewport
set the thickness Amount : 7.0
Create lines like this in the front view port

[12]-Now create a Cylinder in the front with following setting

[13]-Now create another cylinder and set like this in the front view

[14]-Select the cylinder and convert into the editable poly
Select the polygon like this and apply the extrude polygon with the (Extrusion Amount: 1)

[15]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[16]-Now click on the diffuse map button and select the Bitmap option
Pick the fabric jpg like this and assign the objects

[17]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
