Here I will tell you about 3dsmax 3dmodel Gas Compressor studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques as shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Now click on the Box button and create a Box like this in the front view port

[2]-Now convert into the Editable Poly and select the Edge mode
Select the edges like this in the front view

[3]-Click on the Extrude Button and use the following setting

[4]-Select the Element Mode and select the whole object
Open the Material window and assign the material to the selection

Open the Material window and assign the material to the selection

[6]-Select the Edge mode and select the Edges like this in the front view
Apply the Extrude Edges and use the following setting

[8]-Select the Polygon mode with the Ignore back facing
Make a selection like this

[10]-Select the polygon like this and apply the Extrude Polygons with the (Amount: -3.0)

[11]-Create a Rectangle with the following size
(Length: 37.0) (Width: 19.0) (Corner Radius: 0.36)
Open the rendering palette and use the following setting
Set the Rectangle like this in the front view

[12]-Create another Rectangle with the following size
(Length: 34.0) (Width: 43.0) (Corner Radius: 4.5)
apply the Extrude Modifier with the (Amount: 1.0)
Set the Rectangle like this in the front view

[13]-Create one more Rectangle with the following size
(Length: 7.3) (Width: 4.3)
Open the rendering palette and use the following setting
Set the Rectangle like this in the front view

[14]-Create a circle with the following (Radius: 8.0)
Open the rendering palette and use the following setting
Set the circle like this in the front view

[15]-Create a Chamfer Cylinder in the top view port with the following size
Set the Chamfer Cylinder like this in the front view

[16]-Create a Cone like this in the top view
Convert into the Editable Poly and select the polygon like this
Now delete the polygon and apply the shell modifier
