[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Create a Cone with following size
(Radius 1: 133.0)
(Radius 2: 183.0)
(Height: 63.0)
Create a Cone like this in the top view port and set like this in the front view

[2]-Select the Cone and convert into the Editable poly
Now select the polygon mode with Ignore back facing and pick (Circular Selection Region) tool
Make a selection like this in the top view port

[3]-Now apply the Shell Modifier and Turbo Smooth and use the following setting

[5]-Create a chamfer box with the following size
(Length: 32.0)
(Width: 20.0)
(Height: 47.0)
(Fillet: 0.33)
Set the chamfer box like this in the front view port

[6]-Again create a chamfer box with the following size
(Length: 29.0)
(Width: 202.0)
(Height: 29.0)
(Fillet: 2.5)
Set the chamfer box like this in the front view port

[7]-Now apply the FFD 4×4x4 and select the control point
Select the vertex and drag the vertexes like this in the front view port

[8]-Again the select the vertex and drag the vertexes like this in the front view port

[9]-Create a another chamfer box and set the chamfer box like this in the front view

[10]-Select the big chamfer box and Select the Boolean
Click on the Pick Operand B now click on the chamfer box like this
In the front view

[11]-Now your object should like this in the top view

[12]-Open the material window and click on the diffuse map button
Select the Bitmap option and pick the rusty jpg like this and assign to the frying pane

[13]-Now create a material like this and assign to the handle
