[8]-Create a Sphere in the top view port with the following (radius: 20.0)
Apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier Set the (Iteration: 1)
Now set the sphere should like this in the front view

[9]-Create a Box in the front view port with the following setting
(Length: 12.0) (Width: 18.0) (Height: 9.6)
Apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier with (Iteration: 1)

[10]-Now your Box should like this

[11]-Again create box and set the box like this in the front view port

[12]-Apply the Taper Modifier and use the following setting

[13]-Now your box should like this in the front view

[14]-Now apply the FFD Modifier 3x3x3 and select the Control point mode
Select the control point and drag the vertex like this
Apply the Turbo Smooth Modifier with the (Iteration: 1)

[15]-Open the material window and click on the diffuse map and select the Bitmap option
Pick the jpg like this and make another material and assign to the sphere

[16]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
