Here I will tell you about 3dsmax 3dmodel Tyre alloy wheel studio tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Editable Mesh Modeling techniques

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Create a a cylinder in the font view with the following size
(Radius: 40) (Height: 20)

[2]-Now convert into the Editable poly and select the Polygon

[7]-Again select the Polygon mode and make a selection
Apply the Extrude and bevel at -0.1 and -10 respectively

[15]-Apply the Mesh Smooth Modifier with the (Iteration: 2.0)

[16]-Create a two tube with the following different size
Set the tubes like this in the front view

[17]-Select the Big tube and convert into the Editable Poly
Make a selection like this

[18]-Apply the (Extrude Polygon: -4.0)
Now your object should like this in the top view port

[19]-Open the material window and make a material like this
And assign to the object

[20]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
