[8]-Create a another Chamfer Cylinder with the following setting
(Radius: 15.0) (Height: 20.0) (Fillet: 0.7)
Set like this

[9]-Select the Chamfer Cylinder and convert into the Editable poly
Now select the vertex mode and select the vertexes & drag like this

[10]-Again Create a Chamfer Cylinder with the following setting
(Radius: 1.2) (Height: 13.0) (Fillet: 0.156)
Set like this

[11]-Now Boolean the object likes this

[12]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[13]-Now render the perspective view port and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
