[7]-Select the big chamfer box and click on the Boolean button
Now Boolean small chamfer box like this in the top view port

[8]-Now your object should like this

[9]-Create a four cylinder and Boolean it

[10]-Your object should like this

[11]-Create a Tube with the following size
(Radius1: 5.0) (Radius2: 3.5) (Height: 15.0)
Set like this

[12]-Select the Tube and convert into the Editable poly
Select the polygon mode

[13]-Now make a selection and apply the Extrude Polygons
With the (Extrusion Height: -0.54) and hit ok

[14]-Apply the Taper Modifier and use the following setting

[15]-Click on the line button and open the rendering palette
And use the following setting and create a line like this

[16]-Create a four tube and set like this

[17]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[18]-Now render the perspective view and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
