Here I will tell you about 3dsmax 3d USB media player studio tutorial
I have used following techniques as shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all click on the Chamfer cylinder button
Create a Chamfer cylinder with the following size
(Lenght: 63.0) (Width: 20.0) (Fillet: 1.66)
Set like this in the top view port

[2]-Select the Chamfer cylinder and convert into the Editable poly
Select the polygon mode and pick the Circular Selection Region tool

[3]-Now make a selection like this and apply the Extrude polygon with the (Extrusion Height:-2.99)
Open the material window and assign the Material to the selection

[4]-Now create a another Chamfer cylinder in the front view
Set like this in the top view port

[5]-Select the Chamfer cylinder and convert into the Editable poly
Select the vertex mode

[6]-Now select the Vertexes like this and delete the vertexes
Apply the Shell Modifier and use the following setting

[7]-Create a cylinder with the following size
(Radius: 14.47) (Height: 4.0)
Set like this in the top view port

[8]-Create a box with the following size
(Lenght: 34.0) (Width: 19.0) (Height: 9.0)
Set like this in the top view port

[9]-Select the box and convert into the Editable poly
Select the Edge mode

[10]-Now select the Edges like this in the top view port
Click on the Extrude Button and use the following setting

[11]-Now select the polygon mode and select the polygon like this
Apply the Extrude polygon with the (Extrusion Height: 0.1)

[12]-Now your object should like this in the front view

Apply the Extrude polygon with the (Extrusion Height: 0.1)

(Lenght: 21.0) (Width: 30.0) (Fillet: 21.0)
Now convert into the Editable poly and select the vertex mode
Select the vertexes like this in the top view port
Delete the vertexes

[16]-Click on the Line button and open the rendering palette
Use the following setting now your object should like this in the top view port

[17]-Now render the Perspective view port and you will see the final image is ready
