[10]-Create a shape like this with the help of line tool in the front view

[12]-Your object should like this in the front view

[13]-Create a chamfer cylinder and set like this

[14]-Create another chamfer cylinder and set like this

[15]-Create a circle with the following size
Open the Rendering palette and use the following setting
Now set the circle like this in the front view port

[16]-Now set the all circle like this in the front view port

[17]-Open the material window and click on the diffuse map button
Select the bitmap option and pick jpg one by one now assign to the object

[18]-Create another black material and assign to the object

[19]-Now render the Perspective view port and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
