Apply the Extrude Edges and use the following setting

[6]-Create a two Tube and set like this

[7]-Create a chamfer box and set the chamfer box like this in the top view port

[8]-Create one more chamfer cylinder and set the chamfer box on the previous chamfer cylinder

[9]-Select the chamfer cylinder and apply the FFD modifier
Select the control point and drag like this
Now six more copy and set like this in the front view port

[10]-Click on the line and create a shape like this in the top view port
Apply the Extrude Modifier and set the (Amount: 2.0)

[11]-Set like this in the front view port and Boolean the shape like this

[12]-Your object should like this left view port

[13]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[14]-Now render the scene and you will see the final image is ready
Save the file in your folder
