[8]-Now set the 3 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of 'Pen Tool' right click select
'Stroke Path'
[9]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path
[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[11]-Now go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings
