[5]-Now select 'Burn Tool'          & create the following shading & then press Ctrl+Shift+I & create the
shading

[6]-Now like this create the other shading like as shown below

[7]-Now select 3 pxl 'Dodge Tool'       & create the following shape with the help of 'Pen Tool' right click
select 'Stroke Path'

[8]-In Stroke Path select 'Dodge' & then ok

[9]-Now like this Highlight the Other parts with the help of 'Dodge Tool'

[10]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[12]-Now fill the selection with same color as used in previous Layers & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow
& use the following settings
