[10]-Now remove the some parts like as shown below

[11]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur &  use the following settings

[12]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below

[13]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T,right click select 'Flip Horizonatal' & then
press ENTER

[14]-Now set the 4 pxl Brush & then open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of 'Pen Tool' right click select
'Strok Path'

[15]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[17]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[19]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[20]-Now fill the selection with 'bebebe'color & then create the following selection with the help of 'Rectangular Marquee
Tool' with hold Shift

[21]-Now select 'Dodge Tool'       & Highlight the selected Parts like as shown below

[22]-Now like this create the shading with the help of "Burn Tool" & your image should look like as shown below

[23]-Now go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[27]-Now create the following selection with the help of 'Lasso Tool' & then fill the selection with 'fffffa'color
