Here I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Hotpot Logo Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok.your image should look like as shown
below

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘f9a7a9′color & then select ‘Burn Tool’            & create the following Shading
like as shown below

[5]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’          & Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘fd8079′color & then set the 2pxl “Dodge Tool” & create the following Shape with the help of
“Pen Tool” right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[8]-In Stroke Path select ‘Dodge’ & then ok

[9]-Now select “Burn Tool”             & create  the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical
Marquee Tool’& create the following shading like as shown below

[10]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[12]-Now fill the selection ‘f9a7a9′color & then create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & your
image should look like as shown below

[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘f9a7bb’color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[15]-Now go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[16]-Now your image should lok like as shown below

[17]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Stroke Path

[18]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok

[19]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[20]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[21]-Now select Erase Tool         & remove the some parts like as shown below

[22]-Now Open New Layer & like above steps create the following lines with the help of Pen Tool

[23]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[25]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings

[26]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following flowers with the help of ‘Brush’ Tool

[27]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings
