[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown
below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘636363′color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’
[5]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I & then select “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading like
as shown below
[6]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘515151′color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’
[9]-Now create the following shading in Selected parts with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that press Ctrl+Shift+I & create
the shading like as shown below
[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘363636′color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’
[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘7c7c7c’color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[17]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading like as shown below
[18]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’ & create the shading with the help of
Burn Tool
[19]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[20]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[21]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Color Burn’ & reduce the Opacity also
[22]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[23]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
‘Stroke Path’
[24]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
[25]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[26]-Now like this create the others & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[27]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘dedede’ color & like this create the others & after that create
the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[28]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the
following settings

[29]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then create the following selection with the help of “Pen Tool”
[30]-Now fill the selection with ‘4c4c4c’color & then select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the following
