[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×350 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ Should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then Ok & your image should look like as shown
below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘555555′color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
& after that Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[5]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that
create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘94929f’color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following
shading like as shown below
[7]-Now set the 8 pxl Burn Tool, & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke
Path’
[8]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path
[9]-Now like this create the other shading & your image should look like as shown below
[10]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[12]-Now fill the selection with ‘252525′color & then create the some Shading with the help of Burn Tool & create the
following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘252525′color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘252525′color & then Highlight the some parts with the help of “Dodge Tool”
[16]-Now set the 1pxl Brush & then select ‘7a7c7c’color in forground & after that Open New Layer & create the following
shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
[18]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[19]-Now fill the selection ‘adaab5′color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[20]-Now set the 2pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
‘Stroke Path’
[21]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & after that Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool
[22]-Now fill the selection with ‘131313′color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[24]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
