Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Meter Logo Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then fill with any color & go to Blending Options,select Pattern Overlay & use the following settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘1c191d’color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘937b73′color & select ‘Burn Tool’         photoshop-meter-logo-icon5 & create
the following shading like as shown below

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[8]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’       photoshop-meter-logo-icon9 & select Layer 1 & create the following shading like as shown below

[9]-Now create the following Shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[10]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should O pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown
below

[11]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’           photoshop-meter-logo-icon13 & Highlight the selected parts like as shown below

[12]-Now press Ctrl+D & Highlight the some parts with the help of “Dodge Tool” like as shown below

[15]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[17]-Now fill the selection with any color & highlight the some parts with the help of “Dodge Tool” & then create the following
selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[18]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘000000′color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[19]-Now fill the selection with ‘9e9797′color & create the some shading & then set the 1 pxl Brush Tool & after that Open
New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[20]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[21]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[22]-Now go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[23]-Now set the 3 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select
Stroke Path

[24]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[25]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[26]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with Hold Shift

[27]-Now fill the selection with ‘4c4a4e’color & then select ‘Dodge Tool’     photoshop-meter-logo-icon28 & Highlight the some parts
like as shown below

[28]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool & Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’right click select
Stroke Path

[29]-In Stoke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others & after that set the 1 pxl Brush Tool, Open New
Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click Select “Stroke Path”

[30]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others

[31]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[32]-Now fill the selection with ‘c63e4a’color & like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[33]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[35]-Now fill the selection with ‘e9e6e7′color & Highlight the some Parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[36]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[37]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’
