[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > Box.
Create a box with the following size
(Length: 78.0) (Width: 83.0) (Height: 18.0)

Click on the chamfer cylinder button
Create a chamfer cylinder with the following size image as shown below
