    Apply the extrude polygons with the amount of 65.0        

[2]-Place the NGon like me in the prespective view port

[3]-Convert the NGon into the editable spline and select the vertexes
    Select the polygons and apply the bevel polygons with the good following amount as shown below

[4]-Select the polygon and apply the insert polygons 0.45
    Your object shoud like this

[5]-Select the polygons and apply the wood material like me

[6]-Your object should like this

[7]-Create more copies and place like me

[8]-Now you are done it enjoy the final output as shown below
